Talent - Spoken English Test (SET 10)  
 
The Talent is a ten-minute test for adults (age 15 and up) that presents five tasks: reading sentences, repeating sentences, answering short questions, building sentences, and answering open questions. Talent Score Reports include an Overall Score and a series of sub-scores that provide additional insight into a test taker's profile of skills. The Open Question task requires test takers to speak spontaneously in response to open questions. Administrators can listen to the Open Question responses to better appreciate a test taker's spontaneous fluency and rhetorical skill.
 
   
Recruit - Spoken English Test (SET 7)  
   

The recruit is a five-minute test for adults (age 15 and up) that presents three tasks: repeating sentences, answering short questions, and building sentences. Recruit Score Reports provide a single Overall Score. The recruit is a paperless test—there are no test papers, but written instructions are available.

 
   
Screener - Spoken English Test (SET 3)  
   

The Screener is a three - minute test for adults (age 15 and up) that presents two tasks: repeating sentences & answering short questions. Screener Reports provide a short crisp report denoting whether the test taker is proficient, intermediate or non-proficent in Spoken English. The Screener is a paperless test-there are no test papers, but written instructions are available.

 
   
How does a candidate take the test ?  
   
       1. Proctor downloads test from Ordinate web site and prints out  
   
2. Candidate reviews test sheet & instructions (5min)  
   
       3. Candidate calls Ordinate – toll free number on test sheet  
   
       4. Candidate keys in unique (8-digit) Test Identification Number  
   
       5. Candidate takes test (~10min)  
   
       6. Candidate/Proctor retrieves score from Ordinate web site (within minutes after taking the test)
