Mr. Rajiv brings in close to two decades of experience in marketing and operations to Skillprofiler. Having qualified in the area Computer Science in ‘91, Rajiv started his career with Apple Industries in their Software division. With an urge to be in Marketing, he moved to Godrej and Boyce's (G&B) EBE division and was involved in setting up multi channels for their products. While in service, Rajiv simultaneously completed his PG in Management and also specialized in both Marketing and Personnel management. After having completed over 5 years in G&B, Rajiv moved to the data communication area and joined PowerTel Boca, a US JV as their product head. With a strong entrepreneurial intent, Rajiv with 6 others successfully set up a networking company (start up) in which he was actively involved as a top management besides being the head of Marketing. The company was eventually merged with Wipro e Peripherals (WeP).

Mr. Anand brings in more than 18 years of experience in finance and operations to his position. He is a member of the core team that was involved in evolving the business plan for Inflow and played a key role in raising equity funds & funding from financial institutions. He is responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, customer credit management, cash management, product fulfillment and investor relations.
Prior to Inflow, Anand was Vice President – Finance and Operations of Select Technologies Limited and was involved since inception of Select as one of the co-founder. He was actively involved in setting up the Infrastructure, accounting system and streamlining product distribution and also instrumental in organizing Private Capital Financing from overseas investors. When WeP Peripherals Ltd (new name for Wipro ePeripherals Ltd) acquired Select Technologies, Anand was involved in the business valuation process and the finalization of shareholders agreement. After the acquisition, he continued as the Vice President – Finance and Operations of Select for a brief period before he moved as the General Manager – Supply Chain Management for WeP Peripherals Ltd.
Anand started his career with Ashok Leyland and moved on to Intel Asia Electronics as the Finance Manager. In 1997, he joined Powertel Boca as their Controller – Finance and Operations. Anand is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a member of TiE, Bangalore .

Mr. Anal Jain has over three decades of experience in senior management in the technology industry and consulting. He is currently a Management Consultant with Bodhi Technologies.
Prior to Bodhi Technologies, Anal was the Managing Director - South Asia for Network Appliance Inc. from a modest operation, he grew the revenues much faster than industry average which made NetApp as No 2 player in the Indian enterprise storage market.Anal has also held various Senior management positions such as Vice President Sales & Marketing with Wipro Infotech, President Domestic Business with IBM, President South Asia with Sun Microsystems, CEO with Birla Software & Linc Software. Anal has a B. Tech (Electrical Engg) from IIT Kharagpur, a premier engineering institute & holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Brooklyn Poly, New York, USA. He was also Awarded Research Fellowship by the Institute.

Mr. Anil Chhikara is the Founder and President of 24x7 Learning, India 's largest eLearning implementation company. Anil is responsible for the company's global sales operations and all customer-facing functions, including sales, implementation, consulting and managed services.
With his extensive experience in enterprise sales and implementation, demand creation and international partnerships, Anil has played a key role in positioning 24x7 Learning as an emerging leader in eLearning implementation in the global market place. An active member of various eLearning forums, Anil has been personally involved in driving some of the best eLearning implementations in various corporates like Airtel, Wipro, Aditya Birla Group, Xansa, Accenture, L&T Infotech, Murugappa Group, Patni, Convergys, 24/7 Customer and MindTree among others. Before founding 24x7 Learning, Anil successfully set-up the representative office and sales network for Cimatron Ltd., Israel in India From an unknown brand, he was responsible for establishing Cimatron as a major player in its target segment within a year of commencing operations. Anil was also instrumental in creating and ramping up Wipro's channel network and Parametric Technology's direct operations in India.
Anil has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry with companies like HCL-Hewlett Packard, Wipro, Parametric Technology Corporation, USA , Cimatron , Israel and Patni Computer Systems. He holds an engineering degree from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.

Mr. Byju Pillai brings more than 19 years of rich experience in the IT industry handling Sales, Marketing, Channel Management and Business Management. He combines an intense understanding of current & evolving technologies, benefits that these technologies can offer to customers and evolve a business model around the same.
Along with the core management team he conceived Inflow's business plan, raised equity funding , conceptualized the business model, processes, practices and Go-To-Market strategy of the company. He pioneered the Unique “Technology Enabler” Distribution model,which redefined the way of marketing complex Technology Solutions in the country.
Prior to Inflow, Byju founded Select Technologies Limited in the year 2000 wherein he created & established ‘ace' as a leading Networking products brand in India and also pioneered the Information Security distribution business. In November 2002 WeP Peripherals Ltd (new name for Wipro e Peripherals Ltd) acquired Select Technologies and Byju continued as President till March 2005.
He was the Head-Sales & Marketing at Powertel Boca Limited, a start up, which established itself as the number one modem company in the country, and was later acquired by Citrix.
Byju started his career with HCL handling the end user business, and then moved on to Godrej ( acquired by Tech Pacific and subsequently by Ingram )to handle Channel business. Byju is an Electronics and Communications engineer. He is a member of Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA), India Chapter & TiE, Bangalore .
